Should be cheaper!
Just a book of rules. The format is ok and the physical quality is fine for the price. Buy it if you need it for a class, but not much use otherwise.
Wish it was laid out in better format but has a lot of information. Very good book for a required course. Will retain.
This text explains the various rules of Professional Conduct required for attorneys. It is a great book to learn about the various codes of ethics and rules that attorneys must abide by. Also, it is a great study aid for any law student who is taking the MPRE (Multi-State Professional Responsibility Exam).
I originally planned to stick with the online database of the Model Rules, but I soon realized that I couldn't find the comments online. This collection includes those rules, their comments, and many other standards including Sarbanes-Oxley and the California state standards.
